Deborah Richter (1961) is a television actress who was most active from the late 1970s through to the late 1990s. The majority of her work has been for TV, where she appeared in several highly successful programs such as Hill Street Blues, Airwolf, Cheers, T.J. Hooker, and Mike Hammer. Among her few film credits is the critically panned Jean-Claude Van Damme sci-fi thriller Cyborg. Richter was formerly married to Charles Haid, who played Andy Renko on Hill Street Blues; she regularly appeared on the show over several series as Renko`s girlfriend, and later (from episode 79, Eva`s Brawn) as his wife. Richter was awarded the `Miss California` title in 1975. Her latest acting credit was for the 2001 film Cahoots, since when her acting career has been dormant.
