Thnk ou, Stacey! We LOVED Yvonne! She stayed next door at the Azzarranno`s upstairs apt on 19th in No. Wildwood. Cameron was her helper and she had a dog, Dum-Dum, who was Pekeineze . Yvonne Said,Sneeze, Dum-dum and the dog did. Her sister, Isabel cae with her three sons and were there a week one summer. TheAzarrno`s lied in the back house and Mr. was Michael Francis. I worked with Yvonne many times between 1971-74 in the Boston area. During one segment of her show she would strip down to just a diaper with a large safety pin. Then, I a little girl voice, would have a man in the audience remove her safety pin. She was a lovely person to work with.

A lovely little lady who had a nighclub act later in her life in locations like North Wildwood, NJ. She would stand on a piano and do red hot moma songs, ala Sophie Tucker. I got to know her over the years because she would visit our family shoe store, searching for special small size shoe samples or children`s shoes. She told me many stories about her work with the Singer Midgets and on the Wizard of Oz.
