Floridian, Jen Mallini moved to LA with dreams of making it big in the fashion industry. While growing up on the west coast of Florida, she would often tag along to markets with her father, who owned a high end, contemporary boutique in Alabama. Shortly after moving to California, she landed her first job in the entertainment industry as a Production Assistant on the sets of national commercials and 6 months later, Jen was offered an assistant position with one of the leading wardrobe stylists in the fashion industry. She then started assisting many of Hollywood`s leading stylists, and it was the well known director, Dave Meyers, who gave her an opportunity to be a key stylist on 2 of his double booked jobs: A Coors Light National Commercial and the Lil Bow Wow video "Take Ya Home". Because of Jen’s edgy rock n’ roll vibe mixed with her Floridian boho style, she went onto style music videos for 311, Limp Bizkit, Puddle of Mudd, Staind, Papa Roach, 311, and Britney Spears to name a few. After only 2 years of working as a key stylist, Mallini made the crossover to film and was the costume designer for the feature film “Love Don’t Cost A Thing”.
Known for consulting with apparel firm design companies, she helps them regain their creative edge. Most recently attached to Joe Francis and the ever so controversial Girls Gone Wild.
