MICK JAGGER today took the unusual step of denying a 17-year-old Swedish model's claims he was pestering her.
The 59-year-old has decided to start hitting back when he feels the claims risk hurting his family.
Jagger is accused in a national newspaper of bothering Swedish model Caroline Winberg with phone calls. It includes comments from Miss Winberg's parents after the blonde teenager told of his advances in a Swedish TV documentary The New Swedish Supermodels.
Jagger said it was a misrepresentation of the facts. He said: ``We have spoken on the phone several times. She said she was coming to the States in the autumn and asked if I could get her and her friends some tickets for a concert which I said I would try to help with. To suggest I have pestered her is absolutely ridiculous.''
