Mr Willis, who sees his daughter once a fortnight, met former air hostess Ms Bux in 1998 and their relationship lasted six years.
Ms Bux told friends on a website in 2002: `I am currently working for Virgin Atlantic as an air hostess, I have recently got engaged to my fiance who is a professional footballer. We have just had a baby girl called Ella, and we live in the Cotswolds.`
