Certainly, one of her best roles is in the movie "School Jungle". These days, movies about the confrontation of a tough teacher and school gangs probably do not surprise absolutely no one. However, how subtle this direction turned out to be. I remember two moments, and which ones. How greedily the father-to-be looks at the schoolteacher, or rather, at the lonely woman's cloth-clad thighs. No less spectacular will come out a fragment when the main character is delayed until the evening with the same young lady. When he sees the student, the first thing he does is shout sharply at the boy, wondering what he is doing at school so late. However, the main question hangs in the air - what was going on in class between the two teachers? Do you want to know? Read my full review at https://writemyessay.nyc, well, or watch the movie, it's worth it.

To add to my comment on Maggie Hayes, she played troubled women where her attractive looks gave the audience the impression that she was vulnerable, like the teacher in Blackboard Jungle, probably her best known film, where she was assaulted by a student after adjusting her stockings on the school stairwell. She played a woman whose husband had an affair with a co-worker while a development company was taking land from her and her spouse, only to see the developer killed in a Perry Mason episode, The Case of the Nervous Accomplice in 1957. Her characters could also be the antagonist as well.

Margaret "Maggie" Hayes is a personal favorite of mine. The way she played troubled women (femme fatals, alcoholics, falsely accused suspects, etc.) was interesting. I thought, physically, her best asset were her big blue eyes, so dreamy and sensual. Interesting actress.

Correction of previous comment- U.S. Census-1920, age 6 . U.S. Census-1930- age 12 . Therefore birth year would be 1913. Child, Nan Debuskey Rosenthal. Father and grandfather lived in Baltimore, MD and grandfather came to Baltimore in the 1850`s and was born in Germany in the 1820`s.
