Teresa Palmer has announced she is engaged to her long term boyfriend Mark Webber.
The 27-year-old Australian actress revealed the happy news via her Twitter account on Saturday.
'I think I've said the word "fiancé" over 100 times in the last few hours,' the Warm Bodies star excitedly tweeted to her followers. 'It sounds so nice. So happy.'
Rumours surfaced that Mark had proposed after Teresa was spotted sporting a diamond ring on her engagement finger.
'She is engaged, however the ring in the photo is not her engagement ring,' her representative clarified to E! News. 'She is wearing the ring from her film until she gets the real one back from being sized.'
Teresa hinted she was ready to settle down with the Scott Pilgrim Vs the World actor earlier this year.
'Marriage and having kids are right around the corner,' she declared to WHO magazine.
Teresa and the 33-year-old actor live together in Los Angeles where Mark's five-year-old son Isaac resides with them part time.
They plan to spilt their time together between Hollywood and Teresa's hometown of Adelaide, Australia.
'My family and friends really love him and I think he's changed my perspective on a few things about my life,' Teresa told Australia's Herald Sun about Mark earlier this year.
She also revealed that the couple met over Twitter last September.
'I looked him up after I saw the trailer for his film End of Love and realised we had so much in common,' she told the publication.
'There were lots of emails going back and forth ... it was like old-fashioned love letters in a way.'
Adelaide-born Hollywood star Teresa Palmer has revealed to WHO that she is ready for marriage and babies with new beau, US actor/director Mark Webber.
Still recovering from having had "my heart stomped on and ripped out" during her split from boyfriend of more than a year, actor Scott Speedman, Palmer met Webber over Twitter last September and felt instantly drawn to the 32-year-old single dad: "It's the feeling of home, that's what I had immediately," she tells WHO.
By the time they had their first date, after six weeks of sending love letters back and forth, "he had already professed his love over email," says Palmer, who is currently starring in the US box office hit Warm Bodies.
Now they are making a film together called The Fun in Forever, and have filmed part of it in her home town of Adelaide, where they hope to buy a house at the end of the year.
They plan to split their time between Adelaide and her house in LA, where Webber's five-year-old son Isaac Love lives with them part time. It's "very good practice" for motherhood, says Palmer, who admits: "marriage and having kids are right around the corner".
As of March 2013, Palmer lives with her fiancé, actor/director Mark Webber, in the Beachwood Canyon community of Los Angeles. They got engaged in July 2013. In August 2013, it was announced that they were expecting a child together. The child is the first for Palmer and the second for Webber, who has a son with actress Frankie Shaw.
