The 27-year-old sports agent and former The Hills star is renowned for his bad boy ways, having previously dated Amanda, Paris, Tara Reid and is supposed to currently be engaged to Allie Lutz.
Doug and Allie got engaged in January, and the pair were thought to be still together when the snaps of him and Lucy canoodling were leaked.
