Aaron Charles Donald (born May 23, 1991) is an American football defensive tackle for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Pittsburgh, where he was recognized as a unanimous All-American. He was drafted by the Rams with the thirteenth pick in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft. He has been selected to six Pro Bowls in his six years into the league, won the NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year and has twice been named as the AP NFL Defensive Player of the Year, having won it back-to-back in 2017 and 2018. Donald has been cited as one of the greatest defensive tackles of all time. In 2019 he was ranked as the best player in the NFL by his peers on the NFL Top 100 Players.
