John A. Kowalko Jr. (born September 17, 1945) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives since November 8, 2006. He represents District 25, which covers parts of Newark, Delaware. He was described as one of the first progressive members of the state legislature, which had grown to around 12 progressives by 2018.
