Bianca Umali remains unbothered after Miguel Tanfelix bared their past relationship.
"I don't think I have any comments, kasi, honestly, I saw his interview and what he said," the Kapuso actress said on 'Updated With Nelson Canlas.'
If anything, she is partially happy for him, she added, because "finally he was able to talk about what happened to us."
"It was an issue that was never talked about, really. It was never... parang walang assurance at all sa mga tao kung ano ba ‘yung talagang nangyari. And, I think, by his answer to that question about us, it answered so many delusions... mga theories ng mga fans noon," Bianca said. "I have nothing else to say kasi, I think, I would answer the same thing na totoo naman lahat ng sinabi niya."
Asked if she's currently friends with Miguel, Bianca answered, "Yes."
"Well, of course I couldn't say that we are friend-friends kasi [we are] not as barkada-friends," she added, "but we are friends sa loob ng network. And we don’t really see each other that often. So nagkakabatian."
Bianca said that if she looked back on their journey together, it cannot be denied that they were a big part of each other's careers.
She also said that she wasn't the type of person who would deny Miguel from the story of her life.
"Because it is for how many years and it's disrespectful naman din to him na i-disregard ‘yung presence na ‘yun," she said.
"So I have nothing against him talaga. It's more of I'm just happy we both have our own lives, our own partners. We both have grown, he has grown, and I think it shows so much in that interview," she added.
For Bianca, it is a sign that one has matured and moved on if they're able to "talk about issues from the past."

On Thursday, February 9, 2023, the actor opened up about this interesting dating history during his interview for Fast Talk with Boy Abunda. TV host Boy Abunda showed photos of the celebrities that were romantically linked to Miguel in the past. Of course, the nosy Boy asked the young actor to talk about his relationships with them.
“Are you friends [with Bianca]?”
“Yes, magkaibigan po kami,” he responded. “Naging kami po ni Bianca.” (Yes, we are friends. Bianca and I were together.)
Abunda recalled how Tanfelix asked permission from Umali’s grandmother to court the actress at the time, but speculations that he stopped courting her later arose among fans after Umali shared a cryptic post about betrayal. Alcantara was apparently dragged into the issue as she starred with Tanfelix and Umali in the 2017 TV series “Kambal, Karibal.”
“Hindi naging maganda [‘yung paghihiwalay namin ni Bianca] (We had a bad breakup),” Tanfelix continued, to which Abunda made a follow-up, “Did it have anything to do with Kyline [Alcantara]?”
“Siguro ‘yung dahilan ng paghihiwalayan namin, ‘wag na tayong mangdamay ng ibang tao. Irespeto natin ‘yung ibang tao,” said Tanfelix. (Maybe it’s better not to drag other people into the reason behind our breakup. Let’s respect other people.)
