I had the pleasure of knowing Howard`s daughter Bridget and received the opportunity to meet Howard and Judy just one day before he passed away. As we spoke, I realized that dispite the many characters he portrayed over the years, he was a very quiet, gentle and loving man. Their home in the hills above Santa Barbara County was beautiful sancuary where he and Judy could relax. When I received the call from Bridget early Monday morning I was in shock, but I was also very thankful for the opportunity of knowing and sharing conversation with this wonderful man.
