David Wayne was a huge broadway star in the 40s 50s and up to the 1990s. In the summer of 1966, He appeared as Cap`t Andy at the Music Theatre of Lincoln Center production of Jerome Kerns musical SHOW BOAT, at the New York State Theatre. His wife in that production was Margret Hamelton. This production was a BIG HIT. See photos of this show here on WDW. Sipos
