David George Adlesh (July 15, 1943 – February 15, 2016) was an American professional baseball player. He played as a catcher in Major League Baseball from 1963 to 1968. He played his entire major league career with the Houston Colt .45's/Houston Astros. Adlesh threw and batted right-handed.
