Walter Paul "Doc" Gautreau (July 26, 1901 – August 23, 1970) was an American professional baseball player, manager and scout. The native of Cambridge, Massachusetts, was a second baseman during his playing days. Also nicknamed "Punk", he stood a diminutive 5 feet 2 inches (1.57 m) tall and weighed 129 pounds (59 kg), and threw and batted right-handed.
