Ruben Bertrand Boumtje-Boumtje (born May 20, 1978) is a Cameroonian professional basketball executive and former player who is the assistant general manager of the Delaware Blue Coats of the NBA G League. He played college basketball for the Georgetown Hoyas and professionally in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Portland Trail Blazers. Boumtje-Boumtje retired in November 2011 at age 33 due to a heart condition.
