When one is born as beautiful as Kim Novak,(in her day she looked like an exotic cat)it s difficult to see her in another light. She would be, most likely, voted one of the 10 most beautiful women in the world, She must look back and reflect on what she looked like then. She apparently has her health and now her is fortunately upon her for a long life. She was most appropriately dressed the night of the awards.

I was wastching some of the video clips on youtube and see there are a few from The Eddy Duchin Story. Kim both you and Tyrone were great in that movie. I was still growing up back in the Midwest when I saw that, it was one of the greatest movies I`d seen up to that point. I hope you are enjoying your life down there in Monterey, CA or where ever it is you live. Also I`m glad to see you`re still alive, so many from your time aren`t here anymore

Steve, If the Kim Novak house you bought is the one featured in Life magazine in the early 1960s, you are a very lucky feller. For the past 45 years I have thought that was the greatest house I ever saw.

Ms. Knovack: I don`t have to tell you how beautiful you are, the class you possess and poise you have. I grew up with your image. I saw you on Larry King and tried to get through just to hear your voice speak to me. I think you left Hollywood at a good time, in your life. You had a quality about you that really came out in Vertigo. Your sad and mysterious side. I would so anything to get a autographed copy of a photo of you. Thank you for your time Timothy

I have always enjoyed Kim`s movies. She fits very well with the characters she plays. She seems to have retired from filming around 2000; wonder what she has been doing these last years.

Biography

Kim Novak (born Marilyn Pauline Novak on February 13, 1933 in Chicago) is an American actress. She began her career in 1954 at age 21, and came to prominence almost immediately with a leading role in the film Picnic (1955). Other films from this period of her career include The Man With the Golden Arm (1955), The Eddy Duchin Story (1956), Pal Joey (1957), Jeanne Eagels (1957), the Alfred Hitchcock film Vertigo (1958), Bell, Book and Candle (1958), and Middle of the Night (1959). After a decade in the entertainment industry, Novak withdrew from the public eye in 1966 and appeared in films only sporadically until 1991, when she retired from acting following a tempestuous experience with director Mike Figgis on the set of Liebestraum, her last film to date.
