Jacqueline Priestman is a British woman from Manchester who was studied by Michael Shallis, a science tutor in Oxford, and was found to have ten times more electricity in her body than the average human. In 1983, she claimed to have caused electrical malfunctions in 30 vacuum cleaners, five irons and two washing machines. Her body also caused television sets to change channels. She was observed to be able to blow up power sockets at will.
