Edward Charles Foley Jr. (born September 26, 1967) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently an assistant special teams coach for the Carolina Panthers under head coach Matt Rhule. Foley was a part of Matt Rhule's staff at Temple University. He formerly was the interim head coach at Temple University, as well as the team's assistant head coach for offense and the tight ends coach. Foley served as the head football coach at Fordham University from 2004 to 2005.
