Bachir Pierre Gemayel (Arabic: بشير بيار الجميّل Bashīr al-Jimayyel, also romanized al-Jumayyil and El Gemaiel, 10 November 1947 – 14 September 1982) was a Lebanese Maronite militia commander and politician who was elected President of Lebanon in 1982, a member of the Kataeb Party, also known as the Phalange Party (حزب الكتائب), and the son of its founder Pierre Gemayel.
