For The Bold and the Beautiful’s Ashley Cafagna, 16, and her 19-year-old boyfriend, actor Riley Smith, the answer was to trade informal silver rings. “I was worried about giving her something too serious,” says Smith. “We’re very nonchalant.” Not so lovebirds Sandra Denton (a.k.a. Pepa, of rap group Salt-N-Pepa) and Anthony Criss (who performs as Treach with rappers Naughty by Nature). In April the pair tattooed each other’s names in a barbed-wire design on their ring fingers. Shortly afterward, Criss proposed. Still, Denton remains touched by her tattooed band. “It’s there for life,” she says.
