Phil and Liz were together back when Phil was in Girl. We've been told that she deserves some of the credit for Phil joining Leppard. Their relationship was on-again-off-again. Reconnecting in 1986, we know Liz was still with Phil right up to Jacqueline. As a loving friend, she helped with Phil's ailing father; she was actually quite involved with both of his parents. They still keep in touch, and aside from his wife, we'd think it's safe to say that he would consider her the most special woman on the list.
