Jahlil Obika Okafor (pronounced ; born December 15, 1995) is a Nigerian American professional basketball player for the Detroit Pistons of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played his freshman season of college for the 2014–15 Duke national championship team. He was selected with the third overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft by the Philadelphia 76ers. He has previously played in the NBA for the 76ers, Brooklyn Nets, and the New Orleans Pelicans.
